Suzanna Mak, Chief Executive Officer
With more than 10 years of organizational management experience, Suzanna Mak is CEO of
Mak officially joined the company as chief operating officer in 2003, and previously had a consulting relationship with the company's management team since 2000.
Before
An attorney by training, Mak previously was the judicial officer for Stanford University from 1998 through 1999 where she designed and implemented a conflict resolution system. She also has served as an assistant district attorney for Yolo and San Mateo counties in California from 1994 to 2003. She continues to be active in legal circles and is an acknowledged expert on abuse of senior citizens and dependent adults.
A member of the California Bar Association, Mak received a juris doctorate with honors from California's Santa Clara University in 1993 and a bachelor's degree from Stanford in 1990.

Aki Korhonen, Founder

Before founding
Korhonen is the co-author of the Common Diagnostic Model (CDM) that has been adopted as an industry standard by the Distributed Management Task Force. He holds three patents from his work in the field of diagnostic software. He is also the author of "PC Hardware from the Inside Out," a book on low-level programming for personal computers, and has been a contributing editor and columnist for "MikroBitti," a leading computer magazine in Finland, since 1984.

Ken Sheppard, Chief Technology Officer
Ken Sheppard is responsible for all engineering and product development activities at
Sheppard joined the company as a software engineer in 2000, and quickly rose to senior design engineer. He was appointed to his current position as chief technology officer in May 2005.
Before joining
Sheppard also served as a software engineer for the Hydrologic Engineering Center in Davis, Calif. He is a Sun Certified Programmer for Java 2 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
A distinguished graduate of the Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of California, Davis, Sheppard received a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from the university in 1996.

Percy Yang, Chief Financial Officer
Yang has held the position of chief financial officer since 2004. He manages all of the company's financial, budgetary and tax operations. He has worked with
Yang received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He has received accreditation in business valuation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Yang is active in the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and other business and professional communities as an active board and committee member. He lectures at the National Association of Accountants and other accounting, real estate, business, and professional groups, and is active in several local community service groups.

Doug van Aman, Chief Marketing Officer
Doug Van Aman became chief marketing officer in 2005 after a consulting engagement with the company. He brings nearly 25 years of high-tech marketing experience and oversees all marketing and sales efforts.
Van Aman was the owner of a successful consulting practice engaged by Sun Microsystems, eBay, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Cadence Design Systems and nVidia on a wide range of corporate, financial and marketing communications issues.
Previously, he was director of marketing for Sun Microsystems. During his tenure, he led the communications teams that focused on Sun's enterprise customers. He devised strategies and led programs for communications strategy, messaging, and competitive response.
Before joining Sun, Van Aman was managing director and general manager for Shandwick International's Northwest operations where, under his direction, the Shandwick team successfully introduced many of Microsoft's leading Internet services. He participated in the senior Microsoft communications team responding to the Justice Department lawsuit. He also acted as senior counsel to Apple on financial crisis communications and leadership transition, and provided strategic and tactical counsel to a wide range of small and large clients, including Adobe Systems, Hewlett-Packard Company, Visa International, and Levi Strauss & Company.
Van Aman began his communications career in journalism, working as a newspaper reporter and editor for daily newspapers, and as a correspondent for United Press International and the San Francisco Examiner. He received his bachelor's degree from Dominican University of San Rafael, Calif.

Larry Clawson, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Larry Clawson oversees day-to-day operations of the company. He directs sales operations, customer support, accounting, and financial and business planning.
Prior to joining
Clawson earned his Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University and holds a bachelor of science degree in finance, also from BYU.

Rob Larsen, Chief Administrative Officer/In-House Counsel
In addition to coordinating and providing overall legal services for PC-Doctor, Rob Larsen directs and manages the companys human resource (HR) and office administration structure. His responsibilities as in-house counsel include contracts, intellectual property/trademark protection, and legal processes around company relationships. As chief administrative officer, Larsen designs, plans, and implements HR programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance, and health and safety programs.
Before joining PC-Doctor, Larsen was the managing partner of a successful law firm in Reno representing all types and sizes of businesses, including some of the largest construction companies in North America. He actively litigated numerous business matters, including employment related claims, commercial disputes, corporate governance, intellectual property infringement, and several trials.
Larsen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. From there, he attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California where he received a juris doctorate. He is a member of the state bars of both California and Nevada. He has published an article on gender equality in the Japanese workplace, and has been a regular contributor to the Nevada Association of Employers monthly newsletter.
