We offer one of the best benefits packages in the state. PC-Doctor pays 100% of basic insurance premiums for each full time employee (eligible the first of the month after a 30-day introductory period). Employees may include dependent coverage. Premiums for dependent premiums and optional plans are deducted from the employee's pay (pre-tax).

Health Medical Coverage

  • Employees may choose from HMO (or optional PPO) plans.

Dental Insurance

  • Includes preventive, basic, major and orthodontic coverage.

Vision Care

  • Benefits include eye examinations, lenses, frames or contact lenses.

Short and Long Term Disability

  • Short term coverage from day 7 to 89; long term coverage from day 90 to retirement age.

401(k) Plan

  • Employees can choose from a variety of investments. PC-Doctor matches 25% of the employee's investment (up to the first 16% annually), and PC-Doctor's contribution is fully vested in 5 years.

Relocation Assistance

  • A loan provided to employees requiring relocation (forgiven after one year of employment).

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

  • FSAs are offered for medical and dependent day care (for pre-tax benefit).

Optional Plans

  • Employees may include dependent coverage. Premiums for dependents are deducted from the employees pay (pre-tax). Employees may also purchase additional coverage such as supplemental life insurance, long term care, a cancer indemnity policy, or upgrade to a PPO plan.

Professional Development

  • Each employee receives $300 a year for professional memberships, educational courses, and selected reading material.

Incentives Programs

  • Directed toward specific business objectives. For example, a recent contest was used to elicit new product names in which the top two winners received a weekend trip to the location of their choice, including lodging and dinner for two.

Masters of Fun (MoFs)

  • In the end, we work hard and play hard. This committee arranges for regular company events such as go-cart racing, laser tag, movie nights, snow skiing and boarding, and water park events. The committee also arranges contests, team lead auctions, and raffles.
